- I am currently the Customer Experience Research and Design team advisor on Mobile, Social Networks, Blogs, RSS, and customization for enterprise-wide wiki adoption. I was instrumental in designing and implementing Wells Fargo's first RSS Feed, "This Date in Wells Fargo History"pilot program and primary advisor on the "Guided by History" blog designed for the 100th year anniversary of the San Francisco Earthquake. I have been instrumental in user research, design synthesis, metric-gathering strategies, standards & best practices, and task model creation.

Interaction and Information Design:
- Directed and collaborated with engineers and business partners to align multiple platforms and development efforts.
- Identified and illustrated mental models representative of the customer's relationship to finances.
- Analyzed customer behaviors to construct comprehensive a task model spanning relevant customer profiles and product mix analysis.
- Devised interaction flows and prototypes to illustrate online banking features and functionality.
- Defined the standards and guidelines for content strategy, information architecture and user interface design.

- Established and designed web application interface and information architecture for hosted travel reservation system within a front-end team of two. Synthesized user requirements and API constraints to develop and build a web tool that interfaced and streamlined a propriety reservation platform, created by Fourth Dimension Software and utilized by Amadeus. Implemented work flow processes spanning roles including: user research, validation of user requirements, screen and interaction flows, prototype development, coding, presentation and management, as
