As one of the early Customer Experience consultants at Scient, I had the great fortune of working with world class professionals in shaping the dot.com enterprise internet evolution.
We not only consulted our business with our clients, but more often than not, built the entire web application from it's business to operating business.
Client projects include: Benefitpoint.com, Boats.com and Certicom. I was also the Manager of the Usability lab used for internal research and prototype testing. |

Devised original storyboards, character design and interactive gameplay for interactive cd-rom games (girls, ages 8-12). Conceptual modeling of interaction design, puzzles, and social network paradigms for one of the first influential games specifically designed for girls. *(acquired by Mattel in 2000).
Direction by Brenda Laurel, the founder of Purple Moon, continues to influence the development decision-based narratives within story-based gaming.
I was the designer on Purple Moon's first sports title "Starfire Challenge" which engaged girls in interactive tutorials, branching narratives and puzzleplay. |
